• Develop BIM Execution Plans (BEP) and project standards
• Define BIM workflows, protocols, and data management systems
• Ensure compliance with international BIM standards (ISO 19650, etc.)

2. 3D Modeling & Information Management

• Develop coordinated 3D models for Architecture, Structure, MEP, and Infrastructure
• Embed project data within models for better decision-making

3. Coordination & Clash Detection

• Perform clash detection between all disciplines
• Identify and resolve design conflicts before construction
• Ensure fully coordinated, clash-free models

4. 4D & 5D BIM (Time & Cost Integration)

• Integrate construction schedules (4D BIM)
• Link models with cost data and quantities (5D BIM)
• Support project planning, budgeting, and forecasting

5. Quantity Take-Off & Data Extraction

• Generate accurate quantities directly from BIM models
• Support cost estimation and procurement processes
• Enhance accuracy of BOQs and project budgeting

6. Visualization & Digital Presentation

• Produce high-quality 3D visuals and walkthroughs
• Support design presentations and client approvals
• Enhance communication between stakeholders

7. Digital Integration & Smart Solutions
