Core Functions
1. Concept & Vision Development
- Develop creative architectural concepts aligned with client requirements
- Produce mood boards, massing studies, and design narratives
- Establish project identity and architectural language
2. Schematic & Detailed Design
- Prepare schematic layouts, zoning, and spatial planning
- Develop full architectural drawings from concept to IFC stage
- Ensure coordination with structure, MEP, and other disciplines
3. Technical Design & Documentation
- Produce detailed drawings, specifications, and BOQs
- Prepare tender packages and IFC (Issued for Construction) documents
- Ensure compliance with international codes (SBC, IBC, NFPA, etc.)
4. Multidisciplinary Coordination
- Lead coordination between Structure, MEP, Interior Design, and Landscape teams
- Resolve design conflicts and ensure integrated project delivery
5. Sustainability & Innovation
- Apply sustainable design principles and energy-efficient strategies
- Integrate BIM, AI, and smart design technologies
- Align projects with environmental and regulatory standards
