Core Functions

1. Concept Design & Mood Development

• Develop creative interior concepts aligned with project vision
• Prepare mood boards, material palettes, and design narratives
• Define the interior identity and style (modern, luxury, hospitality, etc.)

2. Space Planning & Functionality

• Optimize spatial layouts for efficiency and user experience
• Ensure functional zoning and circulation within spaces
• Align interior layouts with architectural and operational requirements

3. Detailed Design & Technical Drawings

• Prepare full interior working drawings (ID Packages), including layout plans, reflected ceiling plans (RCP), flooring layouts, and joinery details
• Ensure coordination with structure and MEP systems

4. Materials, Finishes & FF&E

• Select high-quality materials, finishes, and textures
• Develop FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment) specifications
• Ensure alignment with project budget and design intent

5. 3D Visualization & Presentation

• Produce high-end 3D renders and walkthroughs
• Deliver presentation boards and client visuals
• Support marketing and project approvals through visual storytelling

6. Multidisciplinary Coordination

• Coordinate with Architecture, Structure, MEP, and Landscape teams
• Ensure seamless integration of interior design within the overall project

7. Site Supervision & Execution Support

• Review shop drawings and material submittals
• Conduct site visits to ensure design implementation
• Maintain quality control during execution phase
