The Infrastructure Department at PCG Consulting Group (PCG) is a specialized engineering division responsible for the planning, design, and integration of external works and urban infrastructure systems that support sustainable and functional developments.
The department ensures that all projects are equipped with efficient, resilient, and future-ready infrastructure, enabling seamless operation of cities, communities, and large-scale developments—positioning PCG as a leading consultant in urban and mega projects across Egypt, KSA, and international markets.

Core Functions
1. Road & Transportation Design
- Design road networks, highways, and internal circulation systems
- Plan traffic flow, access points, and parking strategies
- Develop cross-sections, alignments, and grading plans
2. Wet Utilities Design
- Design water supply networks (potable and irrigation)
- Develop sewerage and stormwater drainage systems
- Ensure efficient hydraulic performance and sustainability
3. Dry Utilities Coordination
- Coordinate with MEP for electrical networks, telecom systems, and street lighting
- Ensure proper routing, distribution, and integration
4. Site Development & Grading
- Develop site grading and earthwork strategies
- Ensure proper drainage and flood control
- Optimize cut and fill to reduce project cost
5. Sustainable Infrastructure Solutions
- Integrate green infrastructure strategies
- Apply water management and energy-efficient systems
- Support smart city and digital infrastructure initiatives
6. Multidisciplinary Coordination
- Coordinate with Architecture, Structure, MEP, and Landscape teams
- Ensure full alignment between infrastructure systems and project masterplans
