Core Functions

1. Concept & Vision Development

  • Develop creative architectural concepts aligned with client requirements
  • Produce mood boards, massing studies, and design narratives
  • Establish project identity and architectural language

2. Schematic & Detailed Design

  • Prepare schematic layouts, zoning, and spatial planning
  • Develop full architectural drawings from concept to IFC stage
  • Ensure coordination with structure, MEP, and other disciplines

3. Technical Design & Documentation

  • Produce detailed drawings, specifications, and BOQs
  • Prepare tender packages and IFC (Issued for Construction) documents
  • Ensure compliance with international codes (SBC, IBC, NFPA, etc.)

4. Multidisciplinary Coordination

  • Lead coordination between Structure, MEP, Interior Design, and Landscape teams
  • Resolve design conflicts and ensure integrated project delivery

5. Sustainability & Innovation

  • Apply sustainable design principles and energy-efficient strategies
  • Integrate BIM, AI, and smart design technologies
  • Align projects with environmental and regulatory standards
